Marceline Studios provides:
- Custom website design and development
- Healthcare SEO services
- Clinic automation (n8n workflows)
- Monthly maintenance retainer
- Website audits and consultation
2. Payment Terms
Our Payment Structure
We offer two flexible payment options
Project Start
50% Upfront
Project Complete
50% on Delivery
Project Start
30% Advance
Mid-Milestone
40% Payment
Project Complete
30% Final
All payments are due within 5 business days of invoice.
Projects begin only after the initial payment is received.
Final deliverables are released only after full payment.
3. Project Process
- Discovery call → Strategy → Design → Development → Launch
- Client provides: brand assets, content, access credentials
- Revisions: up to 2 rounds included per package
- Additional revisions billed at $75/hour
4. Intellectual Property
- Final website code becomes client property upon full payment
- Marceline Studios retains right to display work in portfolio
- Third-party assets (fonts, plugins, stock) subject to their licenses
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep project details confidential.
We will not share your business strategies, patient data, or proprietary information with third parties.
6. Healthcare Compliance Notice
While we design with healthcare privacy in mind, clients are responsible for ensuring their website content, forms, and data handling comply with applicable healthcare regulations including HIPAA where relevant. We recommend consulting a healthcare compliance attorney.
7. Limitation of Liability
Marceline Studios is not liable for:
- Loss of business due to website downtime
- Third-party service failures (hosting, booking systems)
- Content accuracy (client is responsible for content review)
Maximum liability limited to the project fee paid.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice.
- Client owes payment for work completed to date
- Marceline Studios delivers all completed files
- Deposit is non-refundable after project work has begun
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law.
Disputes resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
